In some countries, the costs of legal fees and any compensation paid to an employee who has been injured at work or has become ill while carrying out work duties is included in the scope of coverage. Employers Liability insurance is compulsory for businesses according to Labor Law in Qatar, it is combined with Workers' Compensation coverage.
